Week 33: Week 4 in the Temple

Announcement Time!!!!!!:
Okay I have to start with this announcement because I found out this week and it impacts my mission. I will most likely be in the Mission Peru Trujillo south. I know this because my companion is finishing her mission, and my area isn't going to be closed, so I am here. :) So, this means a lot of different things. 1) I will have a new mission president. 2) I might be a sister leader and 3) I will be coming home in the middle of MARCH of 2016. Usually one transfer is 6 weeks. But for the missionaries that are in south, The next transfer will be 4 weeks. They are doing so the two missions have different transfer dates. But that means that my return date gets bumped up 2 weeks. So I will be coming home in MARCH!
Truly I don't know how I feel about this. I will only have 17.5 months as a missionary... Its sad! Im sorry but I don't want to come home in march.... I love you all, but I don't want to do it!
TEMPLE: It was really sad the last day in the temple! I was really tired yesterday, But in my mind I was going to the temple this morning... After a month I have a habit made! :) I loved being at the temple! I actually had a few people ask me how they could know more about our church, because they wanted to be baptized! It truly was a blessing to be able to be in the temple of Trujillo this wonderful month of May! The blessing of the temple are REAL people! I know because I have seen it. Even though the temple here in Trujillo isn't dedicated, doesn't mean that people didn't feel the presence of our Lord while they entered for the first, second third or fourth time. I saw many people gain a testimony of temples, and want to come back over and over again! It's amazing! A lot of people were sad that it was only opened for 3 weeks. But the sad part is that a few of these people didn't want to learn how they can enter again, after the dedication. When this happened it broke my heart!
This week I am looking forward to working and walking around our area.... I feel a little rusty on teaching, and I'm excited for this little adventure that I will have with my companion in her last days as a missionary... Its sad to send someone home. These next two weeks will be hard but full of good memories!
After a month I am finally feeling normal and comfortable in my area, and I love where we are living. The hermana Isn't a member, and don't ever want to be... :) but she is way awesome! We live on the 3rd floor, and we eat in her house. So all we have to do is go down 10 steps to eat every day. I am going to enjoy spending the next few months in Trujillo.
Funny Moment!!
At the temple, there are guides for every group, and they actually talk about every room through out the temple. One day I was at the door and in walked 2 sisters, with our a group... which doesn't happen very often. So I watch them, because I am a people watcher and they were interesting.... don't judge! So they were looking around the front desk, with their butts to me... then all of a sudden I see that one of them has a REALLY high slit in her skirt, in the back... like all the way up to her butt.... I was about to say something to the sister, when they grabbed the staple gun and went into the bathroom...... ;) 10 mins later they brought back the gun, and had stapled up her skirt.... The poor girl ripped her skirt. And it was 10 in the morning... Her shift ended after 3. I felt so bad for her.... But it was so funny at the same time. I just hope that that never happens to me while I am here! :)
I know that this next week I will have a lot more stories and funny things to tell... because I will have more time this week!
I want you all to know that we are Children of God. That He is our Father, and he loves us! It is a great blessing that I have in my life to know that that is true! I know it will all my heart! I am so excited to be in Peru!
LOVE YOU ALL
Hermana Hansen
