WEEK 36: Week 1 Of Training

August 24, 2015

This week went by way to fast. Holy Cow! I can’t believe that tomorrow my companion will be heading to Lima and then to her house.... AHAHA!!!! It’s crazy how time flies.
Hermana Sosa: She "died" quickly. And she had a great week. The members really expressed their love for her, and she didn’t cry until the last day. Yesterday she got on the bus to go to Trujillo. It was a scary sight, and I don’t like what the future has in store for me...
I love all the news reports that I am getting from home. Thank you for keeping me in the cool circle! :)   Today is a day of cleaning. I have to get ready for the NEW companion that will come.... and when I say new I mean NEW!!! AHAHA Yesterday I got the call... the call that I literally have been dreaming about for a few days now. Elder Meaker, one of the Assistants to the President, called yesterday afternoon. He called at 5:15... The EXACT time that he called me last to give me the assignment as Sister Leader. But this time... I got another assignment... TRAINER!!!!   Yes. I know... I’m freaking out a little right along with you. AHA!!! All I know is that tomorrow I have a training on how to be a trainer at 2pm. :) AH! I’m a little nervous, but I am also excited. I felt this whole transfer that I would train. I know that the Lord has been preparing me, little by little... :) And I am very grateful for that. BUT!!!! I still don’t feel prepared... I know that I am missing alot of things. So I’m excited to see what come these next 12 weeks together... :) I’m just hoping that my "daughter" or hija (E-HA) in the mission likes me and that we can learn together.
Life is great and I’m excited. The weather is great and I’m getting tan. It’s actually perfect, because its warm enough that I don’t need sun screen, and not cold enough that I am dying in a skirt. :)  So I am happy about that. I think that it is spring time right now in Peru, but I’m not really sure because the weather here is WAY different.
I hope that all is well at home, and that you people are remembering to read the scriptures... READ Alma 25:26. As members we all do these things.. :)
I love you all. I am so excited for all the new nephews that are waiting to meet me when I get home! :) Everyone in the ward has started to tell me that I only have a little time left in my mission. Which is true. Only 5 transfers left which is almost 7 months... :/ AHA!!! March will be here in a blink of an eye. And I’m not sure if I want it to come...
LOVE YOU ALL! Remember that you are a Child of God.
And that I love you.... :) Have a great week and I will hopefully talk to you next week!
